Shipping policy

We offer a $7.95 flat rate fee for Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia. 

We offer an $8.95 flat rate fee for Priority Shipping on all orders within Australia. Priority Shipping means that your order is the first in line to be handled and shipped, regardless of when it came through.  

We offer an $11.95 flat rate fee for Express Shipping on all orders within Australia.

We process all orders from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. From the moment the order leaves our premises, the following delivery time frames apply :

• Metro areas: 5-7 business days. These include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra. 
• Regional areas: 7-12 business days. Regional Areas include Rural areas, the Gold Coast region, Perth and Hobart.

We try our best to fulfil all orders within 1- 2 business days. During busy periods, like special sales, order fulfilment may take up to 6 business days. 

International Shipping Terms and Conditions: 

Standard and Express shipping are automatically calculated for all countries outside Australia and will vary from country to country. International shipping costs will apply at checkout according to the fees charged by the Postal Services at the selected destination.

Processing and shipping times also vary from country to country and may be longer than domestic deliveries, so please consider times when making your purchase.    

Custom and clearance fees may apply in addition to product and international shipping costs and differ by country. My Birthstone are not liable for any customs or clearance charges you may incur. Unfortunately, we cannot issue you a refund if you refuse payment of any customs fees. 

In case your goods are returned to us due to non-payment of clearance fees, and you request your order to be shipped again, My Birthstone will charge you for postage.

My Birthstone is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please make sure you check all the relevant information at checkout.

My Birthstone is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit; however, we'll do our best to track down a lost order.

My Birthstone is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns; however, we will reimburse shipping on a faulty item.

My Birthstone holds the right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the product cost if you cancel your order.
